**PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO THE CURRENT COVID SITUATION, THERE MAY BE DELIVERY DELAYS TO GREATER MELBOURNE AND SYDNEY. 
Once your order has been dispatched, the following delivery timeframes apply:*
Central Coast, NSW: 1 business day + FREE local shipping on orders over $100 for the following postcodes; 2250, 2251, 2260, 2261.
Sydney: 1-2 business days.
The rest of NSW: 2-5 business days.
QLD, WA, SA, NT, ACT, VIC & TAS: 2-7 business days.
If you would like your order to be delivered on a specific date (ie. for a birthday or special event), please add this to the customer notes section (under personalisation) at checkout. Please note that this only applies to orders within the Central Coast.

*These timeframes may vary due to weather events and other unforeseen circumstances. Please allow for an additional 5 business days for all corporate orders. 

Return Policy
Unfortunately we do not accept any returns unless an item is damaged.
If an item is damaged, please email us at 
hello@giftedhg.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your gift hamper. Please include photos of the damaged goods and we will endeavour to send you a replacement product or offer a full refund within 5 business days.
